Next Glob App

NextGlob is an e-commerce app that connects buyers and sellers in one online marketplace — including a “Black Friday” event experience with exciting product deals. Ecarter Technologies built the app on the marketplace’s CS-Cart Multi-Vendor backend.

The challenge

Marketplace campaigns like Black Friday concentrate a huge share of yearly demand into days. NextGlob needed an app that could put campaign deals front and centre, handle event-driven browsing, and keep the multi-vendor catalog and orders consistent with the live store throughout.

• Multi-vendor catalog browsing connecting buyers and sellers
• Search, categories and product filtering
• Cart, secure checkout, customer accounts and order tracking

Technology

The app is built by Ecarter Technologies, a CS-Cart authorized partner, and integrates directly with the store’s CS-Cart backend over its REST API — so the catalog, prices, stock, customers and orders in the app always mirror the live store, with no separate data entry or synchronisation step for the store team.

The outcome

NextGlob runs its marketplace — including high-intensity campaign events — through a single CS-Cart backend, with the app as the customer-facing storefront for deals and everyday shopping alike.
