This Refund Policy applies to Ecarter's add-ons, modules, plugins and extensions purchased from our store.
Ecarter will not offer a refund for the purchased Add-ons. Customers must ensure that they have checked the Add-on demo and blog before the purchase. We also provide pre-sale queries to resolve any doubts.
We offer refunds if we are unable to solve the problem in Ecarter's extension/module/plugins as advertised in the user guide and product demo. It is mandatory that the customer provides us with server access (GIT or FTP access).
Refunds do not include any extended feature, conflict with other plugins or software.
In case of theme or template incompatibility, customers need to provide server access (GIT or FTP details) and we will ensure that our modules/plugins/extensions are fully compatible with Ecarter extensions.
If our software is not working properly as advertised in the user guide and product demo and we are unable to fix the problem, the customer may request a refund as a credit, which they may use on another Ecarter product or service purchase.
To request a refund, please share the details with our customer support system at support@ecarter.co. We will ensure that you receive the refund within 5 business days.
Customers must ensure that they have deleted all copies/files of Ecarter software from their server/host, and confirm the same via email.
Refunds will not be granted in the case of installation, customization or consultancy services.
