Arektel is an online store running on CS-Cart. Ecarter Technologies built the Arektel mobile app, giving the store’s customers a native shopping experience connected directly to the live catalog.
The challenge
Arektel needed to extend its CS-Cart store to mobile without splitting operations across two systems: one catalog, one set of orders, one admin — with an app experience fast enough that customers prefer it to the mobile site.
What we built
- Catalog browsing with categories, search and product filtering
- Product pages with images and options
- Cart and checkout using the store’s configured payment methods
- Customer accounts with order history and tracking
Technology
The app is built by Ecarter Technologies, a CS-Cart authorized partner, and integrates directly with the store’s CS-Cart backend over its REST API — so the catalog, prices, stock, customers and orders in the app always mirror the live store, with no separate data entry or synchronisation step for the store team.
The outcome
Arektel’s customers shop from a dedicated app while the team continues to manage products, stock and orders in the CS-Cart admin they already know.
